Google has added a My Maps feature to their site that lets you save and share maps. Just click on the My Maps tab to begin. While you can also have private maps, we like the public maps for providing clear directions, with comments, to your potential business customers. Inns and hotels rejoice.
Yahoo! has introduced their new search tool called Alpha. It reminds us of Google’s Searchmash and A9. You can configure your search screen including the ability to search other search engines besides Yahoo! Very interesting that they allow this. More modules are being developed so expect more goodies from Yahoo! Alpha down the road.
