MSN adCenter Changing Ampersands
If you are using ampersands (“&”) in your URLs ad MSN’s advertising services, you may find that your URLs are no longer working as planned. Many people use this symbol to assist in tracking the results of their ads. Our guess is that this is a bug that will eventually be fixed. In the meantime, check your URLs.
