Stating that it reinvents advertising is overstating the change. The new Facebook ads remind me of a spammy forum post. Ads that you can like and comment on. When you do, they are put on your wall as a share. Ok, it’s like reading a spammy forum post and having a virus all in one. It could be a terrific tool for advertisers that have a popular brand or become very creative. It wasn’t an unexpected change for those who’ve followed recent Facebook changes and experiments. If this “leak” is indeed what the ads will look like, it will give us all something new to complain about in Facebook. The so called leak is here….
