As of February 5th, all Overture/Yahoo! accounts will be forced to update to the new Panama system. Similar to Google’s AdWords, it rewards based on history rather than the old pure auction method used in the past. This will force people to reevaluate their ads and write better….or sink. Change may be awful, but this was a move that was long overdue for Yahoo! in order to remain competitive.
